The 53-year-old chanteuse put the 4.2 acre, 12,575 square-foot home on the market less than a year after picking it up herself! Built in 1992, the home has nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. Mariah is selling it for a cool $6.5 million. If she gets her asking price, the hitmaker stands to make a profit of approximately $850,000, according to Dirt. The property boasts stunning features including crown molding and coffered ceilings. There’s a pool and tennis court in the manicured backyard. Inside, the bright and spacious kitchen boasts white cabinetry and a massive island with plenty of room for seating. The sitting room features a fireplace and French doors that open to the outside.
