The narration says after Gojo did two Black Flashes, he made a special Reverse Cursed Technique circuit because he was in an awakened state. Sukuna aimed to heal all his arms but because of Yuji’s seven Black Flashes, Sukuna couldn’t get his Reverse Cursed Technique (RCT) output back. The narration clarifies that Yuji’s Black Flashes hit between Sukuna and Megumi’s souls.

Sukuna unleashes his Domain Expansion: Malevolent Shrine. Sukuna’s surroundings begin getting slashed. The narration says Sukuna copied Malevolent Shrine without having to drop its output or effective range after getting hit by Black Flash.

There’s a flashback of the Jujutsu High team. Hakari tells them the importance of learning the Reverse Cursed Technique (RCT) and appropriate countermeasures for the fight. Choso adds he and Yuji will make it through if it’s RCT-related. However, Yuji’s clueless about how they’ll do it.

Choso asks those who can use RCT how they make up the blood when they regenerate their bodies. Hakari and Yuta weren’t able to answer. Shoko tells them she changes cursed energy into blood. Meanwhile, Hakari says his RCT is automatic, while Yuta reveals he uses instinct.

Choso tells them his body lets him change his cursed energy into blood. So, if Yuji eats the remaining brothers, he will get their cursed technique and the same ability Choso has. Choso adds that large cursed energy consumption is a downside of using RCT, but it’s not a problem for them because of their special bodies.

He then requests to pair Yuji up with someone who uses RCT when they conduct the soul-swapping training. Ui Ui reveals he can swap human souls with his technique, but warns them of its limitations.

According to Kusakabe, after Sukuna inhabited Yuji’s body and used his cursed technique, Yuji’s body remembers a special grade’s jujutsu. For the soul-swap training, they’ll use Kusakabe first so he can teach Yuji basic cursed energy manipulation and Simple Domain.

Yuji activates New Shadow Style: Simple Domain to counter Sukuna’s domain. The narration says Sukuna can’t keep his Domain on for too long. He also won’t be able to catch Maki inside his Domain since she has no cursed energy.

Malevolent Shrine will fall after 99 seconds. Yuji’s Simple Domain breaks and he gets slashed. His foot is cut off, but he powers through. He also notices Sukuna’s Domain isn’t complete. But, Sukuna then takes out his flames.
