The Young Bucks Break Their Silence on Kenny Omega's AEW Dynamite Attack

On the latest episode of AEW Dynamite, former world champion Kenny Omega made his comeback, but it didn’t go well for him. Omega, returning for the first time since last year, addressed his diverticulitis and shared messages from doctors. He also praised recent performances by AEW stars like Swerve Strickland, Will Ospreay, and Bryan Danielson.
Kenny Omega finally addressed the elephant in the room – The Elite, who fired him in March and replaced him with Kazuchika Okada. Okada himself then interrupted Omega and confronted him face-to-face. However, Jack Perry blindsided Omega with an attack, prompting a quick response from The Young Bucks.
Shockingly, instead of aiding Omega, The Young Bucks hit him with an EVP Trigger. The assault by The Elite left Omega needing to be carried out on a stretcher. Now, The Young Bucks have broken their silence on X (formerly Twitter) following the shocking attack on their former faction member.
The Bucks, addressing the attack on Kenny Omega, also mocked their actions from the previous week. Last week, they hit AEW President Tony Khan with a TK Driver. After the attack on Khan, he was seen wearing a neck brace during the NFL draft to show the impact of the attack. Khan, who usually oversees AEW Dynamite, was prevented from overseeing as The Young Bucks cut his feed and took control of the show.
Jack Perry’s message to Kenny Omega after AEW Dynamite
Following the attack on AEW Dynamite, Jack Perry sent out a message to Kenny Omega. In exclusive footage after Dynamite, Perry addressed the attack and called Omega a coward. He stated, "Kenny Omega, is this the best that you got? You know, you're not as bad as you think you are. But I hope that you had fun, hitting all your old moves in your hometown for what's probably the last time in your entire life. The thing that hurts me the most, Kenny, is that you were not the hero that we needed you to be. When it came down to it, you were a coward, like everybody else. The truth is, The Elite doesn't need you anymore. Neither does AEW. Because we are going to change the world without you. We all have to sacrifice, and you just made yours."
It will be interesting to see who The New Elite will target next after causing chaos in the past two weeks.
